Today's guest is C-A Washington, Owner and General Manager of Woodhouse Spa – Peachtree City, where she leads everything from team development and marketing to operations, finance, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Beyond the spa, C-A is deeply committed to serving her community. She is an alumna of Leadership Fayette and serves on the Board of the Fayette Community & Leadership Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Board of Visit Peachtree City, the city's Convention & Visitors Bureau. She's also a member of Friends & Neighbors, the Fayette and Newnan-Coweta Chambers of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Peachtree City. In addition, she serves on the Fayette County launch team for GO Church, helping establish a new faith community in the area.

Recognized as an emerging leader in franchising, C-A was selected for the International Franchise Association's inaugural Franchise Ascension Program and recently earned the prestigious Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. She's passionate about developing high-performing teams, delivering extraordinary guest experiences, and building Woodhouse Spa – Peachtree City into one of the nation's premier luxury spa destinations. She believes leadership is demonstrated through action, strengthened by service, and multiplied by developing others.
